What are your opening hours?
We are open from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday from 8 -3 pm and Sunday from 8:30 am -1 pm. We are CLOSED on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We are open most other public holidays from 8:30 am – 1 pm; however, please check our Facebook and Instagram pages for confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take cash and all major credit/debit cards as well as bank transfers. While direct bank transfers are accepted, they must happen before the product is picked up or delivered.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we certainly do. Please drop into the store to collect one.
Do you supply both retail and wholesale customers?
Yes! We cater to home gardeners, landscapers, builders, and businesses of all sizes.
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for genuine trade customers; however, this is after we have seen some consistent trading with our business. Call us to find out more.
Can I place an order online?
Not yet, but you can call or email us to order ahead.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No need! Just drop in during business hours.
How do I get in touch?

Do you deliver?
Yes! We certainly do. We have three trucks available for your convenience, as well as a courtesy trailer. We have a small 2 tonne tipper, a medium 6 tonne tipper, and a large truck that carries 11.5 tonne. We also have a dog trailer, which we use if there is the required room to bring it.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver on Saturdays, and our courtesy trailer is available for use on Sundays.
Can I pick up products myself?
Yes! You can collect your products from 518 Boundary Street, Torrington, anytime within our opening hours.
Do you load products into my vehicle?
Yes! We carefully load bulk materials into utes, trailers, and trucks. We adhere to QLD Transport's legal weight limits. We always have a loader driver available.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
We’ll do our best to deliver within your time frame, providing we don’t already have a delivery pre-booked in our system. We can normally do same-day delivery to local areas.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery rates depend on where you live in Toowoomba or the surrounding areas. This is because we charge according to kilometers from our yard and particular zones. We have three trucks, which we adapt to your needs, according to your order. Contact us for a quote.
Do I need to be home when my delivery arrives?
Not necessarily.
Please leave us instructions and we can put your products in a safe and convenient spot. If there’s any problems, our drivers will call you from the site.
If you put a cone or mark on the ground and let the office staff know, we will certainly do our best to drop it in this spot for you. We can then email your invoice to you.
Do you offer advice on landscaping projects?
Of course! Our team is happy to help you choose the best products for your project. We can also recommend reputable/ trustworthy / landscapers if you would like a professional to do the job for you.
What’s the minimum order for turf?
We need at least 50 square metres for turf orders. Make sure to organise this ahead of time, approximately 1 week.
We don't cut turf to size. It will come in slabs/rolls.
Please note: Some varieties are seasonal and not available all year round.
What’s the best mulch for my garden?
It depends on your needs! Mulches are usually either decorative or feed your garden as they break down. Come and see our huge range of mulch to help make your choice.
Do you stock firewood all year round?
Yes! We sell 100% Ironbark Firewood. We always have this in stock; however, be sure to order early, as the weather gets colder!
How do I work out how many cubic meters I need?
If you measure the length and width and multiply by the depth, you will be able to work out the cubic metres required. Eg. 10m x 2m x .05 (50mm depth) = 1 cubic metre.
For example, A garden bed 10m long, 2 m wide and 15 cm deep requires 3.0 c u m of soil (10 x 2 x .15)
How deep do I need to lay stones/ pebbles?
A: The recommended depth is 50mm for best coverage.
What is the best soil for Veggies?
We would definitely recommend our own soil blend, “Regy’s Magic Mix”, for your vegetable garden.
The soil is loaded with mushroom compost, cow manure and our premium garden soil blend. We love hearing our gardener’s stories of success about this soil in particular.
Do you sell bulk potting mix?
We sell a podium mix, which is a soil suitable for large pots and raised garden beds. This is a soil that is high in organic matter, well-drained and contains coal ash. It is also very suitable for natives.
